Families

Part of the strength of The Swain School lies in the involvement of the entire Swain community. Parents, grandparents and special friends all play a valuable part in the fun and activities at Swain. Whether it’s providing support through classroom activities or cheering on musicians and athletes, families and friends are an integral part of our success.

All of the adults connected with our school - current parents, faculty and staff - are automatically members of our parent-teacher organization, The Swain Association.

The Swain Association sponsors many events throughout the school year - some to raise funds and some to just have fun. The Welcome Coffees on the first two days of school, LAPS for Library & Science fund raiser, flower sales, and the All-School Student Picnic are just a few. Check for dates on the school calendar.
