Weather-related School Closings
and Delays

When the weather is bad, Swain will notify parents, faculty, and staff via AlertNow® if school will be closed or if there will be a 2-hour delay. Information will also be posted on the main page of our web site by 6:00am. You can also listen to "Operation Snowflake" on WAEB-AM 790, as well as sign up for school closing alerts from the StormCenter on WFMZ-TV Channel 69.
