Second edition of new blog is posted
When August debuted, it brought the launch of another communication option for the Swain community: our e-newsletter News & Notes has been reincarnated as a blog.

This new edition features Associate Head for Academics Kyle Armstrong's own "back to school" experience.
Future editions of the blog will focus on both events at Swain ("News") and commentaries by the school's administrators and faculty ("Notes"). News & Notes joins the school's Library blog; plans are underway for a photo journal blog to be launched by Sept. 1.
"We encourage members of the Swain community to subscribe to receive News & Notes, so it goes automatically to their email boxes," said Todd Stansbery, Head of School. "By using the blog, we also hope to encourage dialogue within our community, when readers use the 'Comment' section to react to the authors."
