Swain's Summer Experience
Summers mean FUN at The Swain School! Whether you're three or 13, chances are good that there's something fun for you at Swain in the summer. All of Swain's summer programs are offered to all kids in the community - kids from age three (as of June 14, 2010) through entering 9th grade can participate in our summer programs.
Our Summer Care child care program ("DayCampers") is great on its own, or as a 'wrap around' to the other programs we offer. It's available from 7:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. every week DayCampers enjoy field trips, indoor and outdoor activities, reading, and working in Swain's garden. (Above right: The Summer Care kids carefully shred the cabbage from the garden, to make sauerkraut.) If you're interested in getting more information about our 2010 summer programs, contact us! |
